2 bunches TeenasPrideCSA broccoli raab
1/3 C olive oil
6 cloves garlic, minced
In a large heavy skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil and sauté garlic for 1 to 2 minutes.
Stir in the broccoli raab and sauté, cover and let steam until soft.
Salt to taste.
